I want to personally thank BCinteriors for going “above and beyond” in your work to help Boulder Valley School District respond to the recent flooding events.

In the face of this historic event, extraordinary demands were placed on the district to clean up and return schools to a safe, sanitary and functional condition as soon as possible. BCinteriors’ extra effort to reduce lead times and provide us with replacement furniture as soon as possible helped us get Crest View Elementary up and running again in remarkable time after this monumental and destructive event. Returning to school and the regular routine of everyday life is an important component of helping children and the community heal. BCinteriors was  an important part of our recovery.

I have recently finished a large furniture project with BC Interiors in Laramie, Wyoming. There were a total of 5 dealers local to Denver working on this project including BC Interiors. There is no doubt that BC Interiors was in the top two out these firms in professionalism, performance & follow up. They have a thorough review process and give the time up front to the design team that is needed to make sure the furniture is ordered timely and correctly the first time. The product provided by BCI was always delivered to the sit on time, exactly when they said it would be in all phases of this project. The project manager, Scott Cooper and his installation crew on site always went above and beyond to protect the new construction of the building and clean up after themselves during every phase of the installation. If any damage was accidentally done during install, BC Interiors admitted to the damage, coordinated with the General Contractor to get the damage repaired leaving the end users unaware of any issue. This was unbelievable as most installation crews attempt to cover up their damage or hope the end user never sees it. So far the punch follow up has been timely and complete, again the crew for BC Interiors worked some extra long days to meet completion deadlines, even if that meant spending an unexpected night at the site. This kind of flexibility cannot be found with all dealerships. I would be lucky to have BC Interiors work on all the furniture projects that I do, as I know the end user will be pleased with the end results.
